Shipping Policy

We ship physical products across India. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Delivery areas
We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order and issue a full refund.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days. Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
Shipping charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your shipment on our courier partner's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 7 business days.
Digital products
Digital guides and PDF products are delivered instantly by email after payment confirmation. No physical shipping is involved. See our Refund & Return Policy for details on digital purchases.
