Questions

Is the Design Studio really free?

Yes. Homeowners, farmers and students can design, simulate and download a design report for free, in any country. You pay only for professional features: your own branding, watermark-free plansets and DXF files.

How do I pay from outside India?

By card or PayPal. Prices are in US dollars or euros, and you get an invoice by email.

How do I pay in India?

In rupees by UPI. After you pay we activate your plan within one working day and email you. Yearly plans are best for UPI because there is nothing to renew every month.

How do I switch Pro on after paying?

Open the Design Studio, press Pro, enter the email you paid with and type the 6-digit code we email you. That is it: your logo and contact details then appear on every report and planset.

What is the Project Pass?

All Pro features for 7 days for one project, paid once. Good for an installer who designs a few jobs a year.

Do Indian prices include GST?

Indian prices are shown before GST. Until Son of Surya is GST-registered, no GST is added at checkout; once it is, 18% GST will be added and shown on your invoice.

Will I be charged automatically?

No. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and simply end unless you renew. We email you a week before the end with a one-click renewal link, and renewing early adds the new period on top. See the refund policy for the 14-day money-back rule.

Do you install outside India?

No. The software and digital guides are sold worldwide. Installation and engineer-verified DISCOM plansets are for India only, with priority for farmers.
